Infinite Weight/Present Histories: University of
West Georgia 2026 National Juried Photography
Exhibition is seeking contemporary photographic
and lens-based works. The exhibition looks to ex-
plore ideas from the conceptual to the speculative,
while recognizing photography's inherent
referential capacity. Any photographic or lens-
based medium, such as, but not limited to: historic
process, silver-gelatin, digital production, including
all single channel video works are encouraged for
entry. This exhibition is open to national artists of all
levels (18 years and older).
The exhibition will be from March 3-26th at In-
gram Library at the University of West Georgia,
1601 Maple Street, Carrollton, GA 30118. The reception will be Wednesday, March, 25, 5-7pm.

$30 is required for the first 3 images with a fee of $5 for each additional images up to 6 images total
This exhibition is open to national artists of all
levels (18 years and older).
• Artist may submit up to 6 images.
• In the following format please submit all images in
one email to: mschoon@westga. edu
-File size: 1500 pixels on the longest side in JPG
format save at maximum quality
-Lastname_Firstname_01.jpg (Smith_Jane_01.
jpg, Smith_Jane_02.jpg, etc...)
-Include a brief artist statement (max. 500 words)
and a brief bio (max. 250 words).
• For a video please submit a link to a youtube or
vimeo as well as a screenshot of your piece in the
format and naming convention listed above. The
screenshot may be utilized in the exhibition cata-
log.
• All photographs must be framed or mounted, no
larger than 44" on the longest side and NO
FRAMES with GLASS GLAZING.
• Works must be received by February 20, 2026
• All accepted work must include prepaid return
shipping label.
• C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.
• Works must be shipped in reusable packing car-
tons with NO PACKING PEANUTS

Erin Dunn is Curator of Modern and Contemporary
Art at Telfair Museums in Savannah, GA where she
has been a member of the curatorial team since
2014. She has organized numerous exhibitions in-
cluding Watershed: Contemporary Landscape Pho-
tography, Bruce Davidson: Face to Face, and
Frank Stewart's Nexus: An American
Photographer's Journey, 1960s to the Present in
collaboration with The Phillips Collection, among
others.
Dunn was the recipient of the Fall 2023 Margie E.
West Distinguished Alumni Award from the Univer-
sity of Georgia's Lamar Dodd School of Art. She
holds a BA from Emory University and an MA from
the University of Georgia.
