Download in PDF Format

We are pleased to announce the 6th International Combined Caucus Juried Exhibition Call for Entry for LGBTQ, Multi-Cultural, and Women's Caucuses of SPE.

The 6th International SPE Combined Caucus Juried Exhibition is organized in conjunction with the 2018 SPE 55th Annual Conference, Uncertain Times: Borders, Refuge, Community, Nationhood. This year's show will involve an unframed print exhibition to be held at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, along with a print catalogue. To our delight we have secured Anthony Goicolea as this year's juror. He will select artworks reflecting the diversity of the three caucuses. There is no theme for this exhibition. For further information on the caucus missions, please visit: www.spenational.org/about/caucuses

* To help members with print and framing costs, The University of the Arts has generously offered to print all images. All accepted art works would require submission of high-resolution JPEGs.

Location

The University of the Arts is located in downtown Philadelphia, at the center of the vibrant Avenue of the Arts. Established in 1876, the merging of two century-old institutions formed the University: Philadelphia College of Art and Philadelphia College of the Performing Arts. After being granted university status in 1987, the University of the Arts became the largest institution of its kind in the nation, offering programs in design, fine arts, media arts, crafts, music, dance, theater and writing.

Fees

$25 for up to 5 images. Payment will be made to Society for Photographic Education on the SPE website (please see instructions below). The entry fee is non-refundable.
