World's biggest food photography competition. Broad range of categories. Global press coverage, London exhibition and £5,000 top prize. Open to professionals and amateurs photographers of all types (not just food!) in any country.
The Food Awards Company / Deadline: 02/07/27
The World Food Photography Awards sponsored by Tenderstem® Bimi® Broccolini celebrate exceptional photography telling stories of food: from growing and harvesting, cooking and eating, celebrating to surviving. Open to professional & amateur photographers worldwide.
You do not need to specialise in food photography. With 26 categories to choose from, there's something for every style of photographer: travel, still life, documentary, portrait & more. It's the story that matters.
Entering puts your work on a global stage: images are judged by an international panel of leaders in food, photography & the creative industries. Plus, images from the Awards receive media coverage from hundreds of outlets around the world every year.
All finalists are invited to our VIP Awards Evening & exhibited at our Mall Galleries London exhibition, with a selection displayed at Fortnum & Mason too. The top prize is £5,000, with category prizes from £1,000 to a 4-week residency with Hugo Burge Foundation.
From prestige, press coverage & prize money to commercial opportunities, confidence & community, there is much to be gained from entering.
