The Los Angeles Center of Photography is pleased to announce our Sixth Annual Street Shooting Around the World Exhibition! The exhibit will run from February 7 – March 6, 2020, with opening night reception scheduled for Friday, February 7, 7-10 pm, 2020. The theme is street shooting around the world. The juror, David Gibson, will select images for exhibition based on creativity, originality, and quality. There is no limit to the amount of images which can be submitted.

Eligibility

This exhibit is open internationally to both amateurs and professionals.

The deadline to send digital files for consideration is Monday, December 2, 2019 by midnight PST. There is no limit to the amount of images which can be submitted.

Requirements

Size each image 1200 pixels on the long side at 72 dpi
Label each photo: FirstName_LastName_01, FirstName_LastName_02, FirstName_LastName_03, etc.

Awards

Single Image Competition -$250 gift card plus one-year Membership at LACP ($345 value).
Series Competition (at least six images from a body of work) - $1,000 cash prize and guest speaker appearance during STREET WEEK in LA (February 3 – 10, 2020)

Evaluation Criteria

The juror, David Gibson, will select images for exhibition based on creativity, originality, and quality.
