The Art Department of Sinclair Community College is seeking exhibition proposals.

MISSION
The Sinclair Community College Art Galleries promote the development of professional and student artists and serve as an educational resource for the entire community. The mission of the gallery program is to advocate and encourage the practice and appreciation of the various forms, media, and artistic expressions open to the contemporary artist and viewer. Criteria for acceptance include embodiment of formal artistic concepts, innovative approaches, and professional presentation. The Art Department aims to present to students and the community as many styles and concepts as possible, but will prioritize submissions that compliment Sinclair's fine art students' study of ceramics, collage, drawing, painting, fine art photography, printmaking, and sculpture.

Eligibility

Artists residing within the United States who have a professional body of work. Multi-artist or group shows will be considered.

Requirements

Digital submissions should be e-mailed to: amanda.darrah@sinclair.edu and contain:

-10 images (jpg format, 72 dpi, 1200 widest/tallest dimension)
-An identifying list with titles, sizes, and media
-A resume or CV
-Artist statement
-Exhibition Application (download on our website)
-Any use of AI must be explicitly communicated.
