College Students attending a college or university located in or living in the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenwood, Laurens, Cherokee, Union, Abbeville Counties) are invited to submit up to 10 images, photography or photo based art in the first SE Center College Call. The Call is open theme - all subjects, media, digital, analog, or antique processes that show your best work. There is no charge to submit.

Must attend a college or university located in or live in the Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenwood, Laurens, Cherokee, Union, Abbeville Counties)

Awards

35-40 Selected images will hang in the SE Center's main gallery space for approximately one month

Evaluation Criteria

Juried, Our Juror for the SE Center College Call is Zane Logan. Zane Logan, born in Pickens, South Carolina, earned his BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007. In 2009, while employed as an adjunct instructor of photography, he began his graduate studies and received his MFA from Clemson University in 2012. He is an Instructor of Photography at the Fine Arts Center in Greenville, South Carolina. His work has been exhibited throughout the United States in both solo and group shows, including at the Columbia Museum of Art, the Riverworks Gallery, the Redux Contemporary Art Center, and the PhotoPlace Gallery, amongst others. He is currently the Southeast chapter chair for the Society for Photographic Education.
