Preservation - Open Call to all artists!

DMG Zine Issue 01

DAMMIT MEDIA GROUP   /   Deadline: 05/31/26

We are seeking art submissions that represent what preservation means to you. Show us how you hold onto this information and why preserving it is important to you.

Preservation can take many forms. Maintaining something physical, something digital, a thought, or an emotion. Artists are able to use their material and technology in creative ways to record their experiences and perspectives, and preserve them for future generations.

What are you trying to preserve? Inspiration or nostalgia? Or maybe you're trying to keep yourself or someone else accountable. Preservation is how we keep a record of things that matter to us most. Preventing loss, feeling lost, and how we return from that. To remember why we are who we are and/or how we got there.

Selected artists have their work published in a zine with a reception on Saturday, June 27th.
