Holly Andres has commercial representation through Hello Artists, and gallery representation through Robert Mann Gallery (New York City), Charles A. Hartman Fine Art (Portland), Jackson Fine Art (Atlanta), Robert Koch Gallery (San Francisco).

Umpqua Valley Arts Center established the ArtWorks and PhotoWorks NorthWest (formerly named "Hundred Valleys") exhibition programs in 2007 to feature a juried, public archive of original works by contemporary artists based in the region. The ArtWorks and PhotoWorks NorthWest programs have quickly become a favorite aspect of Umpqua Valley Arts Center's ongoing programming. UVAA expanded the geographic scope of the ArtWorks and PhotoWorks NorthWest program to include regional artists.

Fees

Non-refundable $30 fee for 13 artwork entries. (Checks payable to UVAA)

Eligibility

Eligible to all photographers to submit up to (3) entries in all themes and photographic processes.

All work must be display-ready upon arrival. UVAA commission rates are 30% for UVAA members and 40% for non-members. Entries must be original works of art and entirely created by the entrant. No work will be accepted into this show which is in violation of any copyright. Artwork must have been completed within the last two years. Work must not have been previously exhibited at UVAA.

Cash Awards:
1st place -$500
2nd place - $200
3rd place - $100

Considerations

- Images must be in jpeg format with the longest side being 1920 pixels.
- Images must be labeled as per this example: John M. Smith = PNW_SMJ_1.jpg PNW_SMJ_2.jpg(the PNW denotes that the entry is for PhotoWorks NW, your three initials in reverse, the underscores and the submission number); entries which aren't named correctly will not be juried.
- Mailed CD entries must be labeled with show name, artist's name and phone number; CDs will not be returned without a self addressed stamped return packaging included with application materials.

Evaluation Criteria

- Entries submitted must be digital jpeg files. Entries and awards will be judged by the juror in person or from digital jpeg files.
- Artists may not substitute another work for an accepted work nor withdraw the work once it is accepted.
- All entries must be for sale.
- All artwork must fit through a standard 3-foot wide door and weigh less than 50 lbs.
- UVAA reserves the right to refuse upon arrival any work that does not match the image or meet hanging criteria or is of unacceptable quality.
- UVAA reserves the right to reproduce artwork from digital images for publicity purposes.
