Open Call NXNE 2017 is a juried exhibition organized by BMAC that showcases established, mid-career, and emerging artists working in photography, video, and digital art.

Open Call NXNE 2017 is open to all photographers and video and digital artists who live in New York or any of the six New England states (Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island).

Open Call NXNE 2017 is open to all photographers and video and digital artists who live in New York or any of the six New England states (Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island). Eligible works must fit within BMAC’s Center or South Galleries, the ceiling heights of which are 9′-10” (Center Gallery) and 8′-0″ (South Gallery).
Exhibition dates: January 14
Video or other time-based media artists must provide all technical equipment, e.g. screens, media players, speakers, projectors, etc. Artists whose work involves complex installation will be expected to facilitate the installation process in person.
All submissions will be reviewed and selections made by juror Bernard Yenelouis of L. Parker Stephenson Photographs, NYC.
