Taber Art Gallery, in partnership with the Thrive Center, at Holyoke Community College is seeking submissions for THRIVE: Beyond Surviving on view October 31 - December 20, 2024. Artists are encouraged to enter work that considers the systemic, communal, and/or individual obstacles and barriers to survival, what surviving means, how we as humans can continue to dream, push, and hope for more than the minimum, and the struggle of exhaustion vs. the ability to rest.

Eligibility

This exhibition is open to any media. Artists must be over 18 and not currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. All work must be original. Collaborations are accepted. Any media is accepted.

Submissions will only be considered when entered through the online form at https://taber.fillout.com/thrive

Evaluation Criteria

Artwork will be selected by Taber Art Gallery Director, Rachel Rushing, and Thrive Center Special Programs Coordinator, Ben Ostiguy. Notification of acceptance will be made by September 31, 2024 by email.
