Memory: What Remains

International Photography Open Call

TCG Gallery invites photographers and lens-based artists worldwide to submit work for Memory: What Remains, a curated online exhibition exploring personal, collective, cultural, historical, and imagined memory. Documentary, fine art, conceptual, experimental, and alternative photographic practices are welcome. Approximately 35 images will be selected for an online exhibition running September 1–30, 2026 and a permanent website archive.

Online international exhibition; TCG Gallery is based in New York City

Fees

$15 USD for up to 3 images; fee waivers available on request

Eligibility

Open internationally to emerging and established photographers and lens-based artists.

Requirements

Submit up to 3 images. See the full prospectus and file-preparation requirements at the listing website.

Awards

Selected artists receive inclusion in the curated online exhibition, a permanent website archive, artist credit and artwork details, promotion through TCG Gallery's website, email list, and social media, and eligibility for optional artwork sales inquiries.

Considerations

Fee waivers are available on request for artists experiencing financial hardship.

Evaluation Criteria

Artistic quality, relevance to the theme, originality, and contribution to a cohesive exhibition.
