LATITUDE Chicago Artist Residency

Since August 2012, LATITUDE has welcomed more than 70 artists to the lab as residents! We've worked alongside these artists to help them produce work for exhibitions and publications, assisting in experiments, and shared access to community and resources. In return, residents have generously lent their skills, creative experience, collaboration with staff, and programming events for our community. These programs vary from artist talks, book launches, performances, technical workshops, and off-site collaborations.

LATITUDE's residency is ideal for artists who seek the time, space, and resources for the production and completion of existing ideas. One who is open to educational development and material experimentation would also benefit from this residency.
