According to Wikipedia the word Deception can mean beguilement, deceit, bluff, mystification, ruse, or subterfuge or is the act of propagating beliefs in things that are not true, or not the whole truth (as in half-truths or omission). Deception can involve dissimulation, propaganda, and sleight of hand, as well as distraction, camouflage, or concealment. For this open call for work, juror Brian Paul Clamp, Director of ClampArt, will consider all types of lens-based media that considers deception in its various manifestations

Awards

Deception will be juried by Brian Paul Clamp, Owner and Director of ClampArt. The juror will award a Juror’s Choice prize and an Honorable Mention. The Juror’s Choice awardee will receive a $500 cash prize.
