The Arte Laguna Prize has extended the application deadline for its 21st edition until July 15, 2026, following the introduction of new opportunities.

The Arte Laguna Prize is an international contemporary art competition based in Venice that welcomes and exhibits emerging artists of any age, nationality, gender, and artistic background. With 21 years of experience, the competition offers numerous opportunities to participants, enabling them to expand their professional network, gain global visibility, and access resources to further develop their artistic careers.

The jury, composed of leading figures in the contemporary art world, will select 120 finalist artists who will have the opportunity to exhibit their works in the iconic 3,000-square-meter Arsenale Nord in Venice, as well as the winner of the first prize of €10,000.

Applications will remain open until July 15 inclusive.

Fees

The fees are: € 97,6 for artists under 35 (born after January 1, 1991); € 122 for artists over 35 (born before or in 1990).

Awards

The competition offers a first prize of €10,000 and the opportunity to apply for 15 international Special Prizes, including art residencies and more.
