4th Annual Small Works Show

Art Room announces a call for entry for its 4th Annual Small Works Show. This physical exhibition invites artists to submit compelling small-scale artwork. All media—including oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, drawings, sculpture in any medium, collage, printmaking, photography—will be considered. The exhibition will be on display for in-person viewing at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. The jurors are Art Room staff—Deedra Baker and Katie Murray.

Eligibility

Open to multigenerational makers. All media—including oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, drawings, sculpture in any medium, collage, printmaking, photography—will be considered. Work must be no more than 12 inches (12") in any direction, including the framing or mounting. The size given for works should be the framed size. Height must be given before width regardless of whether the work is a vertical or horizontal piece. The artwork may represent any subject matter. Works on paper must be framed under plexiglass or glass—plexiglass is preferred. Please respect these eligibility requirements.

Requirements

Please submit images with the following specifications:
• 72 ppi
• 800 pixels on the longest side
• No borders around the image
• JPEG file format

Label your image files with a corresponding entry number, your last name, and the title of the artwork—if it is a long title, you may use a keyword or abbreviation (i.e. 01Baker_Homeplace.tif).

Please include the following with your entry: Title, Medium, Scale (h x w inches), Date, Price
