10th Annual Alternative Processes Competition

SohoPhotoGallery in New York City is pleased to announce its 10th Annual Alternative Processes Competition. Alternative processes include (but are not limited to): Albumen, Cyanotype, Van Dyke Brown, Platinum/Palladium, Gum Bichromate, Bromoil, Salt Print, Tintype, Ziatype, Daguerreotype, Image Transfers, Liquid Emulsion, and Photogravure. Traditional Silver Gelatin Prints, C-Prints, and Digital Prints are not eligible; however handmade prints created from digital negatives are welcome.

Eligibility

The competition is open to all U.S. residents, age 18 and older, excluding current members of Soho Photo Gallery.

Awards

First, second, and third place prizes will be awarded. Two or more honorable mentions will be given at the discretion of the juror. Winning participants will be listed on our website: sohophoto.com.
