THE ROOM NEXT DOOR is an open call from Decagon Gallery for photographs that explore the spaces just beside our own lives. Juror: Dr. Susan Bright, writer, curator and scholar of photography. Selected photographers are presented in an online exhibition (January 10 – March 10, 2027), publication in a professionally designed catalog, and digital badges and certificates. $1,000 in cash awards: 1st $500, 2nd $250, 3rd $150, two Honorable Mentions $50 each; Human Presence Award = free entry to a future Decagon exhibition
