FLATLAND FEATURE - ISSUE 2

The new Flatland Feature is here at MWCP. In this region that lacks appreciable topographic relief comes the Flatland Feature providing a widespread opportunity to photographers who are creating work about this region or the multitude of other places, ideas and concepts. Flatland Feature is open to all subject matter and genre.

The Flatland Feature is an online feature that will showcase photographers work in a series format as a virtual gallery experience.

The photographic work will be available at the Midwest Center for Photography website for patrons of the gallery to go online and have the opportunity to purchase photographs. The featured photographers and will have an accompanying artist statement reference the photographic work and a brief biography for viewers to learn about the artists.

Each photographic feature consists of 10 - 20 images.

Selected artists have their work featured for a period of three months online.

Fees

$100 to submit 10 images

Eligibility

Open to all photographers internationally.

Requirements

Follow the online instructions at https://www.mwcponline.com/flatland-feature-submission.html to upload .jpeg images and information.

Considerations

Selection will be based upon the thematic series of photographic work submitted by each artist rather than solely on individual images. A brief artist statement and bio are required.
