Jean Lachat Photographs Contributors of Mokena Cookbook
Jean Lachat recently collaborated on a cookbook in his hometown of Mokena, IL, created and sold to benefit the Mokena Educational Foundation.
Made in Mokena was published this past December with the goal of raising several thousand dollars for the Foundation, which supplements with technology and other classroom items that the district might not otherwise have money for.
Lachat worked to collect recipes and photographed the book's contributors, all of whom either live or work in Mokena.
