Limited Edition Catalogue + Print Available from SPE Member Ken Rosenthal

I am thrilled to announce that the Limited Edition of my first publication, Photographs 2001-2009, is now available. This deluxe edition, which includes a silver gelatin print, has been produced in an edition of only 50 signed and numbered hardbound copies. The exposed stitch binding design and production are by the amazingly talented Jace Graf of Cloverleaf Studio in Austin, Texas. Tipped in on the foil-stamped cloth cover is one of five different split-toned silver gelatin prints. These images were printed in the darkroom by me on Ilford MG Art 300, a gorgeous new B&W paper with a 300 gsm cotton rag base by Hahnemühle. The catalogue also comes with your choice of one of two 8"x10" split-toned silver gelatin prints (ed. of 20 each), or choose from two 11"x14" print options (ed. of 9, & ed. of 1.) The 14 four-color plates cover my series' from Seen and Not Seen (2001) through Days Between (2009), and include a number of signature images. The introduction is by Rebecca Senf, PhD, Norton Family Curator of Photography, Center for Creative Photography and Phoenix Art Museum.

"Rosenthal's eerie and surreal images capture quiet reflections of memories that often merge the autobiographical with the universal. While dark in tone, the stunning photographs in this book capture a narrative of a haunting personal journey filled with subtle glimpses of hope and beauty."-photo-eye.

More than two-thirds of this edition of 50 has already sold though a pre-sale via Kickstarter. I anticipate the remaining copies will sell out quickly. Prices start at $450.
