Jennifer Little received a BFA in Photography from Washington University in St. Louis and an MFA from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an Associate Professor at University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where she teaches courses covering Digital Photography, Video Production, Documentary Photography, and the History of Photography.
Jennifer Little's new photographic series about Owens Lake and the Los Angeles Aqueduct won the 2014 Dotphotozine Award for Excellence in Photography and will be featured in an article in the September, 2014, issue of the magazine. This series has also been selected for an Imagemaker presentation at the upcoming 2015 SPE National Conference in New Orleans.
Jennifer's work has been published and reviewed in ArtAscent Magazine, View Camera Magazine, Camera Arts Magazine, and The Austin Chronicle. Jennifer has presented artist talks at Stanford University, San Francisco Art Institute, the Foto 3 Conference, and the Kala Art Institute in Berkeley, CA.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
