The place for SPE is Newport and it is spectacular. Founded in 1639, this colonial town of 30,000 winter residents occupies a rocky promontory at the confluence of Narragansett Bay and the open Atlantic Ocean. This year we're offering some exciting tours and seminars starting on Thursday, so register to come early and enjoy the region's gorgeous landscape and architecture (before we lock you into dark rooms with slide projectors).
