Mark Klett to be honored at Northlight Gallery
Northlight Gallery and the ASU, School of Art will honor Regents Professor Mark Klett for 40 years of service to the university with an exhibition. Mark began his time at Arizona State University in 1982 when he joined the staff as a master printer for the Visual Arts Research Institute. Ten years later he joined the faculty where he has continued mentoring students and teaching photography. Mark's creative practice which includes investigations into the Western landscape, issues of place, culture and time has drawn hundreds of students to pursue their undergraduate and graduate
degrees at ASU.
Northlight welcomes ASU BFA and MFA alumni to honor Mark by participating in the exhibition Circle of Influence that will run March 4 – April 2, 2022. If Mark mentored you during your time at ASU, we would like to represent it by including your print in the exhibition.
To participate, please send an email to lizallen@asu.edu with the subject Mark Klett by Jan 11 for more information. Your print must be matted to a standard size and received by the gallery no later than Feb 11, 2022.
