Embassy Sponsors American Expert for International Festival of Photography
Harris Fogel, Director and Curator of the Sol Mednick Gallery of Photography & Gallery 1401 and Associate Professor of Photography at Philadelphia's University of the Arts, visited Łódź to participate in the 11th Annual Fotofestival as one of the festival's visiting experts. His trip is sponsored by U.S. Embassy Warsaw. Harris Fogel has been the director and curator of both galleries since 1997, and is an Associate Professor of Photography, at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, one of three full-time faculty members in the photography program. Harris Fogel has been curating exhibitions since 1980, and has a wide range of experience in teaching photography while being an active photographer himself.
