Scout for Life

Who am I? It's a question we often hear, but my series, 'Scout for Life,' delves into the profound exploration of my identity and what has shaped me into the person I am today—Scout.

Using self-portraits in scout uniform and imagery, each image captures a different stage of my scouting journey, symbolizing the challenges and triumphs integral to my personal growth. The timeless quality of silver gelatin prints enhances the reflective nature of these images.

Scouting, with its teachings of responsibility, discipline, and community, has played a pivotal role in shaping my identity. It instilled a commitment to use photography for positive impact. Through my work, I aim to inspire reflection on personal journeys, fostering empathy and understanding. 'Scout' is more than badges; it's a certificate of existence—it's me.
