Tom Leininger is a photographer and educator based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Art at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He holds an MFA from the College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas and a BSJ from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Kansas. He worked as a daily newspaper photographer before transitioning to higher education.
