I use photography and video to pursue realism in my subject matter, aiming to unearth the humanity that connects us all. Through narrative and conceptual storytelling, I seek to make sense of the human experience while searching for beauty in the familiar and mundane. A long-time resident of Minneapolis, I teach digital media at Minneapolis College. I have earned recognition from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the McKnight Foundation and the Jerome Foundation.
