about
I received my Masters of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Idaho in May 2000 and my Bachelors of Science in English with a minor in photography from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 1996. I am currently a Professor of Art and Design at the University of Nebraska at Kearney teaching Foundations Design and Photography. Previously, I taught photography and various studio art courses at Graceland University, Iowa State University and the University of Minnesota at Duluth. My creative work explores the environment and our relationship to it. Regardless of the process or academic nature of my work, it all revolves around gaining a deeper understanding of our environment and our place in this world.
