A member of SPE since 1989, Deborah Lillie earned her BFA from Colorado State University in 1990, and her MFA from Louisiana State University in 1996. She taught at Loyola University New Orleans for two years before joining the faculty at Nicholls State University in 1998. At Nicholls, Deborah currently heads the photography program in the Department of Art, as well as teaching classes in beginning design, and with the department's study abroad program.
