Ariya Aladjem Wolf, an artist based in New Orleans (Bulbancha), Louisiana, is known for her collaborative creative work. She is a founding member of Southerly Gold, an all-female photography collective. Ariya also performs in the vocal ensemble, Serpentine, which uses sound and creates activated space to facilitate transformation and healing. She co-founded One Bird, an organization formed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, dedicated to community youth arts programs. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of New Orleans, where she is responsible for overseeing the photography concentration
