Course fee
•$687 (undergrad) Paid to the university as regular summer tuition
Graduate course credit is also offered.
•$400 workshop only (no course fee– saves $287)

To reserve your space

Deposit:
$100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space with the balance due by May 1st. You will pay the deposit via check, cash, or Visa/MC at the Office of Continuing Education at PB301 third floor of Polytech building). (not billed to your student account)

Course number: UI343-40 (CRN: 31103) You can register when summer enrollment begins.
You may substitute this course for an upper-level Commercial Photography Course (PG300, PG384, PG484 and others by approval)
DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING FOR COURSE: Must be registered for course by May 15. To register, please contact Amanda Eller at aeller@semo.edu. She can register you.

Travel
• Flight $400 - $500 into Fresno; two-hour drive to Yosemite; recommend carpooling. I will also have a van to shuttle students. You may reserve your travel through Elite Travel in Cape Girardeau.

Lodging
Lodging will be $600 (shared double bed) for June 2 through June 8. This price based on 26 participants. Price may fluctuate.

You will choose your roommates and may choose housemates while able to accommodate. First come, first served.

Cost based on a shared double bed in private room. Single accommodations (double bed or twin based on availability) are $1200 for the week.

Lodging is inside the park, which is difficult to obtain. Accommodations are private homes with full kitchens, great views, and deluxe amenities, including deck, grill, full baths, pool tables, hot tubs and living rooms with televisions. Houses are managed by a highly reputable company. (links below)

Other possible expenses

Food: Houses have kitchens and grills (make sure to stop a grocery store on the way to the houses)

Rental Car from airport to Yosemite. Fresno is approx. two hours from Yosemite. Recommend renting car and carpooling to share expenses. I am also available to take students from airport to Yosemite in a van.

BIO of Wendy Cooper

Wendy Cooper is an Assistant Professor of photography and graphics at Southeast Missouri State University.
Wendy received her Master of Fine Arts in photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She graduated with Artistic Honors. Wendy's photographic work was most recently included in the exhibition Shoot'n Southern: Southern Women Photographers, at the Mobile Museum of Art.
