We've closed our online registration, however there will be onsite registration. We hope to see you there!

Almost a year after Super-storm Sandy devastated the Mid-Atlantic region, canceling our 2012 conference the 2013 conference was successfully held in Asbury Park, NJ on a beautiful sunny weekend in October. Keynote Speakers Jerry Uelsmann and Maggie Taylor along with Honored Educator Wendel White gave compelling lectures as did all our speakers: Adam Ekberg, Amy Faris, Andy Bloxham, Ashley Craig & Sonseree Gibson (Ticka Arts), Carla Shapiro, Christopher Jordan, Colin Edgington, Jay Gould, Jeff Phillips, Joseph Gamble, Lori Hepner, Marni Shindelman and Nate Larson, Nancy Ori, and Robert Creamer. When not in lectures and workshops, conference goers took advantage of the sites in Asbury Park and neighboring communities, photographing and visiting the likes of the Stone Pony, the famed Convention Hall, the boardwalks, beaches, and ocean, a few even braved the cold water temperatures for an afternoon of surfing!. As the conference came to a close almost a third of the attendees dined together at Porta Pizzeria before heading downtown for an evening of gallery hopping. A warm thanks to our generous donors: University of the Arts, City of Asbury Park, Monmouth University, Shades of Paper, Gallery 13, Celia Morrisette and Keith Johnson. Thanks as well to our student volunteers! (Summary by Anne Massoni) Conference Chairs: Anne Massoni, Geanna Merola, John Viggiano
