Joseph Marotta is a professor in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Utah. His work has been exhibited and collected extensively over the past thirty-five years. His work can be seen in the publication, Black and White Photography, An International Collection, and Photographers of the West. His work is in the collections of the Center for Creative Photography, Tucson, Az., Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris, and the Portland Museum of Art, Portland, Maine among other institutions.
