This presentation will portray an artist's journey to the residences of the inventors of photography (France: Joseph Nicéphore Niépce and Louis Jacques Mande Daguerre and England: William Henry Fox Talbot) and artworks created as influenced by this experience. The significance of this project is that it preserves our culture’s photographic heritage while cultivating new approaches for sustaining traditional practices for future generations.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
