Chris Johnson is an artist, educator, author and the originator of an innovative multi-faceted social media art project titled: Question Bridge.
He will discuss the current version of this project: Question Bridge: Black Males that in early 2012 was installed simultaneously at the Brooklyn and Oakland Museums, the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, The Chastain Art Gallery in Atlanta and the Sundance Film Festival. The Question Bridge: Black Males will open for a one-year installation at the San Francisco Exploratorium in early 2013.
Question Bridge: Black Males is designed create an evolving dialogue between black males from contending backgrounds about issues unique to their race and gender.
