Join photographer Andy Batt and the photo crew at MHCC for a Lighting Demo sponsored in part by NANLITE. Andy will be running through a portrait setup he calls "Color Noire", influenced by the legends George Hurrell (inventor of Hollywood Glamor), John Alton (legendary Film Noire cinematographer), and contemporary cinematographer Roger Deakins. Andy runs his lighting demos and workshops "without a net" — he starts with a goal and works his way through it. No pre-canned demos or boring formulas here. Instead, you get live learning and a chance to ask questions and see the answers. This workshop will be taught with NANLITE LEDs, and tethered in real time so everyone can see the work. After the demo there will be an opportunity to get some hands-on time with the NANITE LEDs.
