Purgatory Road takes its title from an actual forest that is divided by an infamous dirt-covered path. Inspired by local folklore, the photographs in this series collectively describe a sense of place, while capturing a metaphorical state of "In-between"; quiet visual pauses that reflect on the delicate nature of our human existence.
