Tryst Red is an installation and lens-based artist and educator combining photography and video projection. Holding an MFA in Photography from Cranbrook Academy of Art, Tryst blurs the line between embodied environments and imagined scenarios.
Tryst serves on the executive board of NOVA24 | Photo + Film Festival, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Lawrence Technological University and Oakland University. Her work has been exhibited widely, most recently at the Historic Elmwood Cemetery, Savannah College of Art and Design, and Hatch Art.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
