Olivia Bull is an artist whose current research explores themes of gender and sexuality through collaborative image-making with her long-term girlfriend. Her practice is grounded in the darkroom, where she makes silver gelatin prints. Bull earned her B. A in Anthropology and Art from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is currently pursuing her MFA in Photography at the University of Iowa. Additionally, she has worked at non-profit art centers, focusing on art's accessibility, gallery management, and community engagement.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
