In Search of a Lost Time

Since the earliest days of the medium photographs have been interactive objects. Images were kept in cases in breast pockets and bedside tables, admired by candlelight, and carried into battle. We have a desire to keep what we have known nearby, and safe. Joshua White will present an overview of his work, concentrating on the series In Search of Lost Time, a body of images and sculptures that focuses on the failure of our memories to fulfill our desire to preserve.
