Lindsay Godin is an MFA candidate (Photography/Graphic Design) at the University of Iowa. She completed a MA in Studio Arts at Iowa in 2017. Prior to graduate school, she completed her BA in Art & Design (East Stroudsburg University), and a Digital Photography Certificate (University of the Arts). Lindsay's work examines the exaggeration of American customs displayed within common space interiors. Her interests comprise of the contemporary memento mori and American nationalism and propaganda. Her work has been exhibited nationally and published both nationally and internationally. Lindsay Godin has been teaching photography coursework at the University of Iowa since 2015.
Dialogue and critique are important to the SPE mission.
