Mike Avery is a neuroscience researcher and soon to be clinician whose work focuses on developing tools and strategies that allow for more targeted treatments of brain disorders using brain stimulation techniques. Avery has a BS in Mathematics and Biochemistry from Virginia Tech, PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from UC Irvine, and is currently working towards obtaining an MD from Case Western.
