The confluence of consumption and mistrust in visual media urges us more now than ever to learn about how to make photography a collaborative act. This talk can't prescribe, but it will confess. The hope is to find the discourse while sharing stories and images reflecting the experiences of connection, failure and harm reduction in documentary photography.
