A Feminist View of the Landscape: An Intimate, Political and Emotional Relationship to the Land
Barbara Boissevain is a photographer and visual artist who explores and documents various environmental and social justice issues. In her ongoing project, titled Big Dirty Secrets, she highlights issues of environmental toxicity relevant to the inhabitants of the Silicon Valley. Boissevain exhibits her work internationally and she received her Bachelor's of Fine Art degree from the San Francisco Art Institute and her M.F.A. from San Jose State University.
