Air

SJC // San Jose International Airport

  • SJC is about a 10 minute drive/shuttle ride from Santa Clara University, so it is the recommended airport to fly into for the conference.
  • Take Route 10, the free airport flyer from SJC to the Santa Clara Station. The Santa Clara Station is a 5 minute walk from Santa Clara University.

SFO // San Francisco International Airport 

  • SFO is about a 45–60 minute drive or 90–120 minute train ride from Santa Clara University.
  • Take Caltrain from SFO to the Santa Clara Station, which is a 5 minute walk from Santa Clara University.

Parking

Santa Clara University maintains two large parking structures and dozens of smaller parking lots around campus. To park on University-owned property, every vehicle must have a valid parking permit visibly displayed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. A permit is not required on Saturday, Sunday, or University holidays. Daily permits are available from the Main Gate kiosk, which is located at the University's main entrance. To print/view a PDF of permit locations, Click here.

The closest parking to the conference is the North Campus Parking Structure on Benton Street, between Alviso Street and The Alameda. Parking on Friday is $5 for the day (credit card only) and it's free on Saturday and Sunday.
