The Essence of Photography; Light, Composition, and Personal Expression

During this talk, Bruce will discuss his creative and personal approach to photography, along with sharing his thoughts about light and composition as they relate to both digital and film photography. Bruce will encourage audience participation with time for questions and answers.
Bruce has published six books, including the classic textbook, The Art of Photography, An Approach to Personal Expression (2010), and his new book, The Essence of Photography: Seeing and Creativity (2014). Additional publications include; Plateaus and Canyons (2011), Tone Poems - Book 1 and Book 2 (2011), and the long out of print classic, Visual Symphony (1986).
