Photography as Invocation: Mysticism, Gender, and the Act of Self-Authorization
Nadia Sablin earned a BFA from RIT and MFA from ASU. Blurring the line between documentary and fictional storytelling, her projects explore the world through personal narratives. She is a Guggenheim fellow and has published books with Duke University Press and Dewi Lewis. She teaches at SUNY New Paltz.
