Angelina Merancio is a senior student at University of Nevada Reno. She is an English - writing major with minors in photography and journalism. Her recent study has been in multimedia where she combines her passion of writing and photography to engage with her multi-cultural heritage.
Exploring environmental and studio photography has introduced Angelina to experimenting new forms of narrative. These spontaneous combinations of text and image highlight the common search for identity in a complex American society.
