West Chapter Conference Registration

print this page

We are excited to announce the registration prices for our upcoming conference, and we want to share them now so you can plan ahead when proposing your faculty and professional development budgets. These prices are final and will not change.

The conference will take place over three days. Thursday, November 6, is dedicated exclusively to high school educators, with a special opportunity for educators to submit proposals to present. Friday, November 7, and Saturday, November 8, will be held at UCR ARTS and are open to all attendees.

Registration prices cover more than just access to the conference. Included in your registration fee are food and beverages provided at the Members' Reception on Thursday evening. On Friday and Saturday, registration also includes continental breakfast and coffee each morning, a fully catered buffet-style lunch both days, and afternoon snacks and coffee to keep everyone energized throughout the sessions at UCR ARTS.

This will be a single-track conference, meaning all attendees will participate in sessions together. We are excited to foster a communal experience not only through the shared programming but also by gathering together for meals and conversations.

While we are still finalizing the schedule, accepting submissions, and continuing to promote the event, we wanted to publish the registration prices now to support your planning process.

We are also actively investigating corporate sponsorships to provide discounted registration or scholarship opportunities for students. If you would like to be considered for these (if they become available), please feel free to email west@spenational.org.

We look forward to learning, sharing, and connecting with everyone this November at UCR ARTS.
