Amy Yeminne Kim is a faculty member and gallery director in the University of Texas Permian Basin's Department of Arts. She holds an MFA in photography from Texas Tech University. Her current project Wolfcamp Catalogue, responding to the Texas oil industry, won the Texas Photographic Society's National Photography Award. A solo exhibition of the same tile opened in October 2022 in conjunction with Houston's Fotofest Biennale.
